Tractive App Redesign: What's new and how to navigate

We’ve made exciting changes to the app! We listened to your feedback and redesigned our app to provide a simplified, seamless experience. As a result, your Map, Profile, and Account tabs look a little different. Rest assured, all the features you love are still here, but they’re now even easier to find.

Map

Your Map tab now has more settings. You can add Virtual Fences and Power Saving Zones on the map using the + button at the bottom right.

We’ve also made it easier to access your Tracker Settings. Simply tap the tracker icon in the top right to edit the LIVE Tracking duration or Power Saving Zones.

Profile

Access all the essential information about your pet in the new, easy-to-navigate Pet Profile!

Tap the Profile tab on the bottom bar to find your Pet Details, Badges, and the option to manage your pet’s Family Members. Below that, you’ll see Safety & Location, where you can edit Virtual Fences (Safe Zones & No-Go Zones) and set your home location.

You can still upload all your favorite photos of your pet; the photo gallery is now located at the bottom of your Profile. 

We’ve also moved your Activity Goal and Leaderboards to the Wellness tab.

Account 

Manage everything about your tracker in the Account tab! 

Go to your Account tab where you can find a dedicated Trackers section. Choose the tracker you want to view and you’ll see its ID and subscription plan and be able to assign your tracker to a different pet. You can also edit your LIVE Tracking duration and  Power Saving Zones here.

Why has the app been redesigned?

The reason for this update is simple: we listened to you.

Based on the feedback you shared with us, we’ve worked to simplify and centralize everything you need for managing your pet and tracker.

All your favorite features are still here, now even easier to access. You’ll find the app is more intuitive, with significant improvements to navigating the Map, Profile, and Account tabs.

 

Where can I find Virtual Fences (Safe Zones and No-Go Zones)?

You can add a new Virtual Fence at any time using the + on the right side of the map. To make changes to your existing Virtual Fences, visit the Profile tab and select Virtual Fences under Safety & Location.

 

Where can I see the Leaderboard now?

The Leaderboard is now exclusively visible in the Wellness tab, and no longer displayed in the Profile tab. Simply tap Wellness on the bottom bar and scroll down to view it.

 

Where can I locate Power Saving Zones?

The options to add or edit Power Saving Zones now have new entry points. To add a Power Saving Zone, just tap the + on the right side of the Map.

To edit an existing Power Saving Zone, tap the tracker icon in the top-right corner of the map, then select Power Saving Zones. Alternatively, go to your Account, scroll to the Trackers section, select your tracker, and then choose Power Saving Zones to make any updates.

 

Where can I set an Activity Goal?

Everything related to your pet’s Activity & Sleep Tracking can now be found in the Wellness tab. To set or adjust your pet’s activity goal, tap Wellness on the bottom bar, then scroll down and tap Activity Goal.

 

Where can I edit my LIVE Tracking duration?

The option to edit LIVE Tracking duration has moved from the Profile tab to the Map tab. Tap the tracker icon in the top right and select LIVE Tracking duration to make any changes.

 

Where can I assign a new tracker to my pet?

To assign a tracker to your pet, go to the Account tab and look for the Trackers section. Here, you can manage which pet each tracker is assigned to. Just select a tracker, then tap Tracker Assignment to make any changes. If you're setting up a new tracker, tap Add Tracker and follow the steps to activate it.
