How to assign a new pet

Add a new pet

in the Tractive GPS mobile app:

• Sign in to the Tractive GPS mobile app.
• Select Account > Trackers
• Tap the + symbol in the upper left-hand corner to add a new pet.
• You can now add all pet details including a pet photo to add a new pet.

at my.tractive.com:

• Visit my.tractive.com and sign in.
• Click Dogs and Cats.
• Click on Add Pet.
• You can now add all new pet details.

Assign a new pet to a tracker

in the Tractive GPS mobile app:

• Sign in to the Tractive GPS mobile app.
• Select Account > Trackers
• Tap the chain icon to unlink a pet with a tracker.
• You can now add a new pet to the unassigned tracker.

at my.tractive.com:

• Visit my.tractive.com and sign in.
• Click Dogs and Cats.
• Select a pet that is not assigned to a tracker.
• Click on Tracker and select from the available devices to assign that pet to an activated tracker.
• Click on Activate a Tracker or Order a Tracker in case no devices are displayed.
