How to get a replacement tracker with Tractive Care

Lost or damaged your tracker and have Tractive Care? You can get a replacement tracker at no additional cost. You'll only need to pay for shipping.

 

What Tractive Care covers

Tractive Care provides coverage for:

  • Lost trackers
  • Stolen trackers
  • Damaged trackers (bitemarks, drops, water damage, etc.)
  • Manufacturing defects and material or functionality issues past the two-year warranty

Don't have Tractive Care? You can add Tractive Care to your subscription now for future coverage, or contact our support team to ask about discounted replacement options.

Is your tracker defective or not working? You might be covered under our two-year warranty instead.

 


 

Steps to file a Tractive Care claim

Step 1: Submit your claim

To get started, submit your Tractive Care replacement claim below.

 

 

You’ll need to:

  • Describe what happened to your tracker
  • Provide your shipping information

 

Step 2: Pay for shipping

Once your claim is approved, you'll only need to pay the shipping cost to receive your replacement tracker. The tracker itself is covered by Tractive Care at no additional cost.

 

Step 3: Activate your replacement tracker

When your new tracker arrives:

  1. Turn on your new tracker.
  2. Your existing subscription will automatically transfer to your new tracker.
  3. If the new tracker doesn't appear in your app right away, sign out and sign back in.

All your settings (pet profile, Virtual Fences, Power Saving Zones, etc.) will automatically transfer to your new tracker.

 

You're all set!

Your replacement tracker is ready to use with your existing subscription. No need to buy a new subscription or set everything up again.

You only pay for shipping. The replacement tracker itself is free with Tractive Care.

No new subscription needed. Your current subscription automatically gets transferred to your replacement tracker.

Your settings transfer automatically. Your pet profile, zones, and preferences all move to your new tracker.
