You can return trackers and accessories purchased directly from tractive.com within 30 days of receiving them.

Return shipping
- US customers: Tractive covers return shipping
- International customers: You cover return shipping costs
Warranty (Two-year coverage)
What's covered
Your Tractive GPS tracker is covered for two years from your purchase date. We'll replace trackers with:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material or functionality issues
What's not covered
- Lost or stolen trackers
- Physical damage (bite marks, drops, water damage after opening device)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Consumable parts like batteries
- Clips and other accessories
- Damage from opening or modifying the tracker
How to claim warranty
📌 Want a different tracker model? Replacements are always the same model as your tracker (or the closest equivalent if discontinued).
To upgrade, purchase the model you want and transfer your subscription when it arrives. You can keep using your current tracker in the meantime.
Tractive Care (add-on coverage)
What Tractive Care covers
If you have Tractive Care, you're also covered for:
- Lost trackers
- Theft
- Physical damage (bite marks, drops, water damage after opening device)
- Manufacturing defects past the two-year warranty

Subscription returns
All subscription plan payments are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of activation or renewal.
If you received free items with your subscription: These items must be returned to process the subscription refund.
