Tractive return and warranty policies

Here's everything you need to know about returning your Tractive tracker or getting a replacement if something goes wrong.

Returns (30-day money-back guarantee)

You can return trackers and accessories purchased directly from tractive.com within 30 days of receiving them.

We'll process your refund within 10 days of receiving your return.

You'll receive a return label, but shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Depending on your location, you may need to use a partner courier. See return shipping costs and couriers by country.

Your Tractive GPS tracker is covered for two years from your purchase date. We'll replace trackers with:

📌 Want a different tracker model? Replacements are always the same model as your tracker (or the closest equivalent if discontinued).

To upgrade, purchase the model you want and transfer your subscription when it arrives. You can keep using your current tracker in the meantime.

If you have Tractive Care, you're also covered for:

All subscription plan payments are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of activation or renewal.

If you received free items with your subscription: These items must be returned to process the subscription refund.
