Is the Tractive app compatible with my smartphone?

The Tractive GPS mobile app is compatible with the following devices:

iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with iOS 16.6 or above.
Android devices with operating system 9.0 and above (Google Play Services required).
- We only support apps that have been installed via Google Play. Furthermore the Play Store App on the phone has to be enabled.

To use the Augmented Reality view, a compass sensor is required.

The steps in the article didn't solve my problem The article did not address what I was searching for I found the wording in the article confusing I found the article too long I would prefer more image and video tutorials in the article
