Your Tractive GPS tracker is covered by our Tractive warranty for two years from the date of purchase. The Tractive warranty covers all defects which arise from faults in material or functionality.
Before the warranty can be claimed, we will try to resolve the issue for you remotely. If this is not possible, we will confirm that the tracker is defective. To help us determine this, please try our troubleshooting tips first, as you may be able to find the solution to your problem there.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to the following:
- Consumable parts, such as batteries, or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or any similar cause.
- Clips and other accessories - These can be purchased in the Tractive online shop.
- Loss, damage, or theft. In these cases, you can receive a replacement device through our Tractive Care service.
- Please also note that any attempt to open or take apart the device will void the warranty.
