Your CAT 6 Mini tracker has an integrated collar that can be replaced if it gets worn, damaged, or if you want a different size or style. Here's how to swap it out.
What you need
- Your CAT 6 Mini tracker
- New CAT 6 Mini integrated collar
- Replacement toolkit (included in your replacement collar purchase)
The Rogz integrated collar is specifically designed for this model and ensures optimal fit and comfort. Regular collars won't work because the tracker is built into the collar itself.
Replace the collar
Step 1: Remove the old collar
- Unscrew the screws on both sides of the collar attachment. Use the Torx T5 screwdriver from the kit to remove the screws that hold the collar to the tracker.
- Gently separate the collar from the tracker. The collar should come away once both screws are removed.
Step 2: Attach the new collar
- Line up the new collar with the screw holes on the tracker. Position the collar attachment points so they align with the holes on the tracker.
- Secure with the screws. Insert the screws and tighten them with your screwdriver until the collar is firmly attached.
Make sure both screws are tightened securely so the collar doesn't come loose while your cat is wearing it.
Step 3: Adjust the collar for your pet
Before putting the collar on your pet, adjust the breakaway safety buckle based on their weight. The CAT 6 Mini collar has four weight adjustment settings (XL, L, M, S).

You can order replacement integrated collars from tractive.com. Make sure to select the CAT 6 Mini integrated collar specifically (regular Rogz collars for CAT Mini won't fit the CAT 6 Mini).

Can I use a regular Rogz collar with my CAT 6 Mini?
No. The CAT 6 Mini requires the integrated collar specifically designed for this tracker model. Regular collars will work with the CAT Mini tracker but won't attach to the CAT 6 Mini.
Do I need to remove the tracker from the collar to charge it?
