You may wish to transfer your subscription plan from one tracker to another if you recently received a new device via Tractive Care or warranty, or if you recently purchased a new device. There’s no need to purchase a new subscription plan in these cases. Instead, you can simply click on the button below to transfer your plan to your new tracker:
Once you’ve done this, please simply log out of your account and back in again to see the new tracker in your account. If the transfer is unsuccessful for any reason, please contact the Tractive Customer Happiness Team and include the tracker ID of your current device and the device you would like to activate.
Note: If you accidentally activated a new subscription plan instead of transferring your plan, please contact the Tractive Customer Happiness Team so that we can resolve this for you.
As each tracker contains an inbuilt SIM card that generates monthly costs, it is not possible to use two trackers with only one subscription plan and swap between them every few days. Please also keep in mind that only one tracker can be linked to a subscription plan at a time. You are currently able to transfer your subscription plan to a different tracker yourself twice per subscription period. If you need to transfer your subscription plan again, simply get in touch with the Tractive Customer Happiness Team so that we can reactivate this option for you.
You can easily track multiple pets from within your account in the Tractive GPS app, but please keep in mind that you will need a separate tracker and separate subscription plan for each pet.
