What are Tractive Leaderboards?
Leaderboards let you see the most active pets in different categories, inspiring friendly competition and helping you track your pet’s activity. All leaderboards reset at the end of each month.
To view the Leaderboards, go to Health and scroll to the bottom. Select View Leaderboards.
What types of leaderboards are there?
- Global Leaderboard: See how your pet’s activity ranks worldwide.
- Breed Leaderboard: Compare your pet to others of the same breed.
- Local Leaderboard: Find the most active pets near you (within 100 km).
- Friends Leaderboard: Compare with pets of friends who also use Tractive.
How do I add or remove friends from my Friends Leaderboard?
- Add: Go to the Friends Leaderboard, tap the Add Friend icon to send a request.
- Remove: Go to Account > Friends, tap the three dots next to the friend’s name, then select Remove.
Why doesn’t my pet show up in the Friends Leaderboard?
Pets you share access to won’t appear in your Friends Leaderboard unless the person who first set up the Tractive account (the primary account holder) adds your friends directly. If you’re not the primary account holder, your friends won’t see these shared pets in their Leaderboard.
If you want to see your shared pets in the Leaderboard, ask the person who originally set up the Tractive account for your pet to add your friends.
What information is shown on the leaderboard?
Your pet's name, breed, active minutes, gender, and birthday will be shown to users of the Tractive mobile app via the Leaderboards. Your private account information is never shared with other users.
How do I join or leave a leaderboard?
- Join: In the app, go to Health > Monthly Leaderboards > Join.
- Leave: In Leaderboards, tap the 🛈 (info) icon on the top corner, select Leave Leaderboards, then confirm.
