Of course, we understand if you have decided that you would like to cancel your plan and you can do this at any time in your web browser at my.tractive.com. Simply follow the steps below:
- Visit https://my.tractive.com/#/settings/
- Select Trackers & Subscription Plans
- Select the desired tracker/subscription plan you'd like to cancel
- Select Subscription Plan > More Actions > Cancel Subscription Plan
Once you have cancelled your subscription plan, you can continue using your tracker and the app without any limits until the end of the prepaid subscription period. Once the plan expires, the tracker will no longer be active. However, you can always reactivate the tracker with a new subscription plan in the future or give your Tractive GPS tracker and remaining subscription plan to a friend. Both options help to keep more pets in your community safe and sound.
