With your Tractive subscription, you get access to both the Tractive GPS app (your tracker companion) and my.tractive.com (for managing your account & subscription). This article will guide you to my.tractive.com.
To update your billing address, follow the steps below.
- Visit my.tractive.com and log in to your account
- Once logged in, scroll down to
- Add your invoice address, or select edit to modify your existing billing address details
- Press Save to save any changes
Note: Invoices are only generated after purchase or renewal of the subscription plan and can be accessed anytime here.
