Whenever you make a purchase from the Tractive online shop, you will receive an invoice and order confirmation via email immediately after the transaction is completed.
To locate your order number, check the email account used on the day of purchase for the relevant emails.
Your order number is prominently displayed in the subject line and at the top of the email in large print. This number is important if you have inquiries or requests concerning your order, or if you need to return Tractive products.
