You can update your Tractive GPS profile picture by following the steps below:
- Sign into the Tractive GPS mobile app.
- Tap Account > Account Info
- Tap the camera / profile picture icon to upload a new profile photo.
Note: If the photo has been uploaded but it not showing up or updating on your account, please try logging out of the app and then logging back in. If you still are having issues with the image updating try to delete the Tractive GPS app from your smartphone, Reinstall the app, Restart your mobile phone and then Open the app and log in again.
