The return and refund policy for all Tractive GPS products is as follows:
- Purchases from tractive.com: If you are not satisfied with your new Tractive GPS tracker for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the device. Your refund will be processed once the device has been successfully returned to Tractive.
- Purchases from an authorized Tractive reseller: Your Tractive GPS tracker is subject to the retailer's return policy. Please contact the reseller for further instructions for return.
- Subscription plans: all subscription plan payments are eligible for refund (resulting in the termination of the subscription plan) within the first two weeks after the date of payment (activation or renewal date).
