What is the return/refund policy?

Tractive offers the following return and refund policy for all its products:

 

Trackers and accessories

For purchases made directly from the Tractive online shop, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied. Once Tractive receives the returned device, the refund will be processed. If you are within 30 days of receiving your Tractive order, you can initiate your return claim by clicking here*.

*This link is valid for Tractive online shop purchases only. If you purchased a Tractive GPS or tracker accessories from another retailer, your purchase is subject to the retailer's return policy. Please contact the reseller for further instructions for return.

Depending on your shipping country, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

Subscription plans

All subscription plan payments are eligible for a refund (resulting in the termination of the subscription plan) within the first 30 days of activation or renewal. 

Please note that if you received any free items with the purchase of your subscription, these must be returned in order to process the refund.
