Changed your mind about your Tractive tracker? You can return it within 30 days of receiving it and get a full refund.
Before you start
You can return your tracker if:
- You bought it directly from tractive.com
- It's been 30 days or less since you received it
- You have your order confirmation
- You're not satisfied with the tracker
Want to switch to a different model? We don't process returns for model exchanges or upgrades. Purchase the new model you want and transfer your subscription once you receive it. You can continue using your current tracker in the meantime.
Important: If you bought your tracker from another retailer (like Amazon, Meta Store, or TikTok Shop), you'll need to follow their return policy instead.
When you'll get your refund
Once we receive your returned tracker, we'll process your refund within 10 days.
Steps to return your tracker
Step 1: Submit a return request
- Go to the return request form.
- Enter your order number and email used for your purchase.
- Select which items you're returning.
- Submit your request.
Once approved, you'll receive an email with return instructions and next steps.
Step 2: Pack your tracker and accessories
Pack everything that came with your tracker:
- The tracker itself
- Charging cable
- Any accessories you received
- Original packaging (if you still have it)
Step 3: Ship your return
From the email we sent you:
- Download and print the shipping label.
- Attach it to your package.
- If the instructions you received don't specify a courier, feel free to use the most convenient option.
Is the return shipping free?
Depending on where you're from, you might need to cover the return shipping costs, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
You're all set!
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 10 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
What about my subscription?
If you purchased a subscription with your tracker, it will be refunded along with your tracker within the first 30 days of activation or renewal.
If you received free accessories: These must be returned with your tracker to process the refund.

Trackers and Accessories
For purchases made directly from the Tractive online shop (i.e. tractive.com), you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied.
Once Tractive receives the returned order, the refund will be processed within 10 days.

*This link is valid for Tractive online shop purchases only. If you purchased a Tractive GPS/accessories from another retailer (e.g. through Amazon, Meta Store, or TikTok), your purchase is subject to that retailer's return policy. Please contact the reseller for further instructions for return.
Subscription plans
All subscription plan payments are eligible for a refund (resulting in the termination of the subscription plan) within the first 30 days of activation or renewal.
Please note that if you received any free items with the purchase of your subscription, these must be returned in order to process the refund.
