*If the LIVE button isn't visible on the screen, it's possible that the bottom bar has been minimized. Look for a blue arrow in the bottom right corner: Tapping on it will bring the bottom bar back into view.
It's as simple as that! You'll now see your pet's position in real time illustrated by a blue path on the map.
Stop LIVE Tracking
Stop the LIVE Tracking session at any time by pressing STOP on the bottom bar
Extend LIVE Tracking duration
The LIVE Tracking session will automatically turn off after 5 minutes to save battery life. If you're not ready to finish your session at that time, just tap Continue LIVE.
Should you wish to change the LIVE Tracking duration to extend beyond 5 minutes, follow these simple steps:
- Go to Profile on the bottom bar.
- Tap Tracker underneath your pet’s profile picture.
- Tap LIVE Tracking Duration at the bottom.
- Select either 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
To conserve battery life, we advise limiting the use of LIVE Tracking to times when it's essential to pinpoint your pet's exact location. LIVE Tracking increases battery consumption due to its continuous effort to update the tracker's location every 2-3 seconds.
