What you need to know about international tracking
Your tracker connects automatically. When you travel to a new country, your tracker automatically connects to available cellular networks. You don't need to change any settings.
Network coverage included. All cellular network fees in over 175 countries are covered by your Premium subscription. No extra charges for international tracking.
Strongest signal first. Your tracker automatically connects to the network with the strongest signal in your location, ensuring the best possible tracking performance.
GPS + cellular network required. Your tracker needs both GPS satellite reception and cellular network coverage to send location data. It works anywhere with sufficient cellular coverage and GPS reception.

Can I switch my Basic tracker to a different country?
No. With Basic, you choose one country during activation and can't change it later. To track in multiple countries, you need a Premium subscription.
What if there's no cellular coverage where I'm traveling?
Your tracker needs cellular coverage to send location data. If you're in an area without coverage (remote wilderness, etc.), your tracker will show its last known location before losing signal. When it regains coverage, it will update again.
