If available in your country, here's how to activate a Basic monthly subscription plan, whether you're new to Tractive (New Users) or already enjoying our services (Current Users).
- Download the Tractive GPS app for Android or iOS.
- Open the app and click Create Account
- Once you’ve created your account, you will be prompted to enter the tracker ID, which is the eight letters on the back of your tracker
- Select your country of residence and then select Advanced activation to view all subscription plan options
- Swipe from left to right on the screen to view the Basic subscription then tap Next
- Select Proceed with Basic
- Swipe from left to right on the screen to view the Monthly payment option then tap Next
- Confirm the subscription plan details and follow the rest of the instructions to complete payment and activation
- Open the Tractive GPS app
- Tap Account on the bottom bar
- Select Trackers then Add Tracker
- You will be prompted to enter the tracker ID, which is the eight letters on the back of your tracker
- Tap Get New Plan
- Select your country of residence and then select Advanced activation to view all subscription plan options
- Swipe from left to right on the screen to view the Basic subscription then tap Next
- Select Proceed with Basic
- Swipe from left to right on the screen to view the Monthly payment option then tap Next
- Confirm the subscription plan details and follow the rest of the instructions to complete payment and activation

Note: All Tractive subscription plans, including monthly plans, are set to automatically renew by default. If you no longer need your tracker, remember to cancel your subscription to avoid further charges.
