Yes, it is possible to add Tractive Care to an existing subscription plan, so you'll always be covered in the event that your GPS tracker is lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Log in at https://my.tractive.com
- Click on Account Settings > Your subscription plans
- Click the pink button Enable Tractive Care
- Select Activate Tractive Care and Pay Now
Once enabled, Tractive Care will provide you with a one-time replacement tracker should the device be lost, stolen, or damaged at any time throughout the subscription period.
If you tracker has been lost and you have Tractive Care enabled, contact Tractive Customer Service to claim your Tractive Care replacement device.
