Add Tractive Care to a subscription plan so that you're covered if your GPS tracker is lost, stolen, or damaged.
If your tracker is currently lost, stolen, or damaged and you know you have Tractive Care enabled, click here to claim your replacement tracker now.
Not sure if you have Tractive Care? Here's how to check if it is already enabled:
- Open the Tractive GPS app on your smartphone
- Select Account on the bottom bar
- Tap Tracker Plans
- Check the Tractive Care status to see if you’re covered
If it says Not Covered next to Tractive Care, follow the steps below to add it to your subscription plan at renewal.
To enable Tractive Care:
- Visit my.tractive.com in your web browser and log in
- Click on Trackers & Subscription Plans
- Select the desired tracker
- Click on Subscription Plan
- Click the Enable Tractive Care button and follow the steps to add Tractive Care to your subscription plan
Please note: In some cases it is not possible to add Tractive Care to your current subscription period, changes will only come in to effect at your subscription renewal date.
