If you've lost or damaged your charging port cover, contact our support team for a replacement.
Steps to replace the charging port cover
Step 1: Remove the old cover (if still attached)
- Open the charging port cover.
- Firmly pull it away from the tracker to remove it.
- If the cover is already off or lost, skip to Step 2.
Step 2: Attach the new cover
- Line up the new cover with the charging port opening.
- Press the cover firmly into place.
- Push until it sits flat and clicks into position.
- Make sure it's secure: The cover should be flush with the tracker surface. If it's sticking out or loose, press down more firmly until you hear or feel a click.

Your charging port cover is now securely in place. The cover protects your tracker's charging port from water and debris, so make sure to keep it closed when you're not charging.
