If you had a Whistle device and were moving to Tractive, the transition offer ended on September 30, 2025.
What was the Whistle to Tractive offer?
As part of the transition, Whistle device owners could receive a free Tractive GPS device to replace their Whistle tracker. Any remaining Whistle subscription time would also transfer to your new Tractive device.
What can I do now?
You can still join the Tractive pack anytime by:
- Going to tractive.com to get a new smart pet tracker.
- Setting up your new device and starting a subscription.
- Using the Tractive mobile app to track your pet.
At this time, there are no active offers for former Whistle customers. You can always visit tractive.com to check for the latest promotions.
