Directly after purchase, you can edit your: shipping address (street, house number, city and zip code) and phone number.
Please note, it is not possible to change the shipping country and in the US & Canada it is not possible to change the state selected.
To edit your order follow these steps:
- Check your Order Status, by pressing the button below
- You will need your order number and email address you used during checkout
- Select Edit order details at the top right of the page
As soon as you place your order and your payment is confirmed, we begin processing it for shipment to ensure your tracker and accessories arrive promptly. Because of this, you are only able to edit your order directly after purchase. Once the order is processed, we are unable to make any changes.
