What is Tractive Care?

Tractive Care offers peace of mind by providing a replacement for your Tractive GPS tracker in the following cases:

check-green.svg   The tracker was stolen
check-green.svg   The tracker was damaged

Tractive Care can be added to an existing subscription during the activation process or added later to your existing subscription plan. It is available for 1 Year, 2 Year and 5 Year subscription plans.

To request a replacement using your Tractive Care: How to claim a replacement tracker with Tractive Care

When claiming a replacement under Tractive Care, you are only responsible for covering the shipping costs.

e-com-truck.svg If you request a replacement device, you pay a small amount for shipping. Your subscription will automatically be transferred to the new device. However, if you would like to use the current device until the new tracker arrives, you can indicate this in the Tractive Care form and transfer the subscription yourself later.

If you have an annual subscription, you are entitled to one replacement device per subscription period. For two- and five-year subscriptions, you can request two replacement devices through Tractive Care.
