With your Tractive subscription, you get access to both the Tractive GPS app (your tracker companion) and my.tractive.com (for managing your account & subscription). This article will guide you to my.tractive.com.
If you need to update the payment method for your subscription plan(s), follow the simple steps below:
- Visit my.tractive.com and log in to your account
- Once logged in, scroll down to Billing & Payment
- Select My payment methods. There you'll see an overview of your current payment methods. This includes any cards or other payment options you have on file
Once here, click Add a new payment method and follow the prompts to enter your payment information, such as credit card details. After adding a new payment method, you have the option to set it as your primary payment method. This is the payment method that will be used for future subscription renewals.
