Follow the steps below to change your payment method for your Tractive GPS service plan:
- Visit my.tractive.com and log in.
- Click on Account Settings > Your payment methods. There you will see an overview of the currently used payment methods.
- You can now add a new payment method, delete an old payment method, and set a payment method as the primary payment method.
Please note the following important points when charging your payment method:
- Upon adding a new payment method, you will be charged a small amount (1€/$1/1£) to verify the payment method. This amount will automatically be refunded after the verification is successful.
