Do you need to update your payment method for your Tractive GPS subscription plan? If so, please follow the steps below:
- Visit my.tractive.com, log in, and click on Manage your Account > Billing & Payment > Your payment methods. Alternatively, you can also visit https://my.tractive.com/#/settings/billing/payment-methods
- Once there, you will see an overview of the currently used payment methods.
- You can then add a new payment method*, delete an old payment method, and set a payment method as the primary payment method.
*Upon adding a new payment method, you will be charged a small amount (1€/$1/1£) to verify the payment method. This amount will automatically be refunded after the verification is successful.
