Yes. Follow the steps below to update the payment method for your Tractive GPS subscription plan:
- Visit my.tractive.com, log in, and click on Manage your Account > Billing & Payment > My payment methods. Alternatively, you can also visit https://my.tractive.com/#/settings/billing/payment-methods
- There you will see an overview of the current payment methods.
- You can then add a new payment method* and set a payment method as the primary payment method.
*Upon adding a new payment method, you will be charged a small amount (1€/$1/1£) to verify the payment method. This amount will automatically be refunded once the verification is successful.
Why can't I remove my stored payment details?
In order to ensure the successful renewal of your subscription plan, and service to your tracker when you need it most, you must have at least one active payment method in your account. If you only have one payment method saved in your account, it will not be possible to remove it until you add a new payment method.
