Tractive GPS mobile app
In the Tractive GPS mobile app, its possible to manage the following personal information: first name, last name, email address, password, date of birth, country, gender, and profile picture. You can edit these details by following the steps below:
- Select More
- Select User Details.
- You can now edit your personal details including name, email, password, date of birth, country, and gender, or tap the camera icon to upload a new profile photo.
Please note: The address as displayed in the Tractive GPS app under Profile > Location > Address is an automatically generated address based on Google Maps (Android devices) or Apple maps (iOS devices). For this reason, it is not possible to update the address that is shown in the mobile app.
Tractive GPS web app (my.tractive.com)
At my.tractive.com, the Tractive web app, you can update additional information:
- Profile picture: Change your profile photo by clicking on it in the upper left-hand corner.
- Personal Information: Select Settings > User Profile.
- Password: Select Settings > User Profile > Account.
- Billing address: Click on Settings > Billing & Payment to update your billing address in the section Your invoices.
- Payment Information: Click on Settings > Billing & Payment > Your payment methods to modify your payment details.
