How can I get an invoice for my subscription plan?

Invoices for your Tractive GPS subscription plan are available anytime in the Tractive GPS web app. Follow the steps below to view or download your invoices:

  1. Visit the Tractive GPS web app at my.tractive.com and sign into your account.
  2. Click on Manage your Account, then Billing & Payment or simply click here.
  3. You can now view and download all past Tractive GPS subscription plan invoices for trackers that were activated under the account you are signed in with.

 

Important notes about Tractive GPS invoices:

  • Subscription plan invoices are automatically generated and added to your account 2 days after the activation or renewal of the subscription plan.
  • Invoices for purchases from the Tractive online shop (trackers, accessories) are sent to you per email after you've completed the purchase.
  • Add your invoice/billing address at the link above for up-to-date invoices.
  • In case you need an invoice modified, please contact Tractive Customer Service.
