  • Subscription plan invoices are automatically generated and added to your account 2 days after the activation or renewal of the subscription plan.
  • Invoices for purchases from the Tractive online shop (trackers, accessories) are sent you per email after you've completed the purchase.
  • Add your invoice/billing address at the link above for up-to-date invoices.
  • In case you need an invoice modified, please contact Tractive Customer Service.
