Where is my order?

You can expect to receive any orders you place at Tractive.com within a maximum of 8 business days. Exact delivery times depend on:

  • the shipping method selected 
  • and the country of delivery. 

You can check your Order Status, by pressing the button below. You will need your order number and email address you used during checkout.

 

Check My Order
 

If you do not receive your order within 8 business days, please do the following:

  1. Check your order for tracking information: 
    • Follow the "Check My Order" link above and enter your order number and email address you used during checkout
    • On this page, you will see "Tracking information" from the courier.
    • Follow the link "Track Order" to view the expected delivery date and current delivery status.
    • Alternatively, you can check your email for your order tracking link that your receive, as soon as your package is shipped to you.
    • (Note: In case the courier could not deliver the package for any reason, you may need to arrange for a new delivery by contacting the courier directly.)
  2. Ensure your shipping information is correct: 
    • Follow the "Check My Order" link above and enter your order number and email address you used during checkout
    • Review the shipping details
    • Delivery may not be possible if there is an error in your address.
    • If the details are incorrect, please contact Tractive to update to the delivery address.
  3. If you have not received your package within two weeks from the date of purchase:
    • Submit a request to our support team by pressing "Contact Us" below.
    • Be sure to include the order number
    • We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
