Note: You’ll first see the Wellness Score after using your tracker for seven days. The more you use it, the better the results. That’s because it will show you a score based on more fresh, up-to-date information.
The Wellness Score is based on your pet’s recent active time, rest duration and sleep quality. Once you’ve been using your tracker for seven days, you’ll see a score in the Wellness tab (just like the one in the screenshot below), which gives you an overview of this data and helps you monitor any recent changes to their health and lifestyle.
How can the Wellness Score help me?
Wellness Score can help you spot trends. If your pet’s Wellness Score is lower than usual for a few days, it might be a sign that something’s up. Or if it’s higher than usual, it could mean recent changes you made to their routine are working well.
Where does the Wellness Score come from?
It’s a formula based on insights collected from over one million pets. We’ll figure out what’s normal for your pet by gathering at least 7 days worth of data from their tracker. Their activity levels, rest duration and sleep quality over the last 7 days will then be compared against this baseline and we’ll calculate their Wellness Score.
