We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your Tractive GPS subscription plan. Keep in mind, the Tractive Customer Happiness team is available anytime to assist you with getting a replacement device, troubleshooting, upgrades, accessories, app, and subscription topics.
It is always possible to cancel your subscription plan in the Tractive web app. Simply follow the steps below:
- Visit https://my.tractive.com/#/settings/
- Select Trackers & Subscription Plans
- Select the desired tracker/subscription plan you'd like to cancel.
- Select Subscription Plan > More Actions > Cancel Subscription Plan
Once the cancellation is complete, you'll be able to use your tracker until the end of the prepaid subscription period and your subscription will not be automatically renewed.
- Claim your Tractive Care replacement device now.
- Change your Tractive GPS subscription plan billing/payment plan. (Note: All available payment options are listed at Tractive.com/plans.)
- Browse the latest Tractive GPS trackers.
- Give your Tractive GPS tracker and remaining subscription plan to a friend.
- Transfer your existing subscription plan to a new tracker.
