Where can I find my Tractive GPS billing details?

View the details of your subscription plan and payment details anytime by following the steps below.

 

Viewing your subscription plan

In the Tractive GPS mobile app:

  1. Sign in to your account in the Tractive GPS mobile app.
  2. Tap Account > Subscriptions
  3. You can now find an overview of your subscription plans and billing details.

In the Tractive GPS web app:

  1. Sign in to your account in the Tractive GPS web app at my.tractive.com.
  2. Click on Manage your Account, then Trackers & Subscription Plans.
  3. Select a tracker.
  4. Click on Subscription Plan.
  5. You can now view the corresponding subscription plan details.

Note: To view the pricing details of your plan, please visit https://my.tractive.com/#/settings/billing/invoices. Past invoices contain the pricing/payment overview both for the subscription plan and Tractive Care. 

 

Viewing your payment method

  1. Sign in to your account in the Tractive GPS web app at my.tractive.com.
  2. Click on Manage your Account, then Billing & Payment.
  3. Click My payment methods.
  4. You can now review and update your payment method(s).
