View the details of your subscription plan and payment details anytime by following the steps below.
Viewing your subscription plan
In the Tractive GPS mobile app:
- Sign in to your account in the Tractive GPS mobile app.
- Tap Account > Subscriptions
- You can now find an overview of your subscription plans and billing details.
In the Tractive GPS web app:
- Sign in to your account in the Tractive GPS web app at my.tractive.com.
- Click on Manage your Account, then Trackers & Subscription Plans.
- Select a tracker.
- Click on Subscription Plan.
- You can now view the corresponding subscription plan details.
Note: To view the pricing details of your plan, please visit https://my.tractive.com/#/settings/billing/invoices. Past invoices contain the pricing/payment overview both for the subscription plan and Tractive Care.
Viewing your payment method
- Sign in to your account in the Tractive GPS web app at my.tractive.com.
- Click on Manage your Account, then Billing & Payment.
- Click My payment methods.
- You can now review and update your payment method(s).
