The return policy for all Tractive GPS devices is as follows:
- For purchases from tractive.com: If you are not satisfied with your new Tractive GPS Tracker for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the device. Your refund will be processed once the device has been successfully returned to Tractive.
- For purchase from an authorized Tractive reseller: Your Tractive GPS Tracker is subject to the retailer's return policy. Please contact the reseller for further instructions for return.
