The two-year guarantee period stipulated by EU law applies to all our trackers. In addition, your device is also covered by our Tractive warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
If you experience any technical issues within this year, Tractive will gladly troubleshoot, fix the issue remotely, and replace the device if necessary.
(Please note: any attempt to open or take apart the device will void the warranty.)
The warranty does not cover loss, damage, or theft. In these cases, you can receive a replacement device through our Tractive Care service.
