To successfully power on your Tractive GPS tracker, simply press the main power button for 3 seconds. The LED light will flash green to indicate that the tracker has been turned on.
In case this does not work, please try the following:
- Fully charge the tracker using the included USB charger. (If you suspect that the battery might be empty and is not charging, click here.)
- Reset the tracker by holding down the power button for at least 30 seconds (10 seconds on the Tractive GPS DOG LTE/4). A successful reset is indicated by a flashing light and beeping sound.
- If possible, disconnect and firmly reconnect the battery and the main tracking component.
You can then attempt to turn the tracker on again. In case this does not work, please contact Tractive Customer Service for support.
