I reset my password, but did not receive an email from Tractive.

If you followed the steps to reset your password, but still did not receive an email to complete the process, it is most likely because the email address you entered does not exist in the Tractive system.

Please double check that the email address entered is spelled correctly, and is the same email address you used when you created the account. You can then request the password reset email again. Please be sure to also check your spam folder for this message.
