I reset my password, but did not receive an email from Tractive.

If you followed the steps to reset your password, but still did not receive an email to complete the process, it is most likely because the email address you entered does not exist in the Tractive system.

Please double check that the email address entered is spelled correctly and request the reset email again.

Additionally, check that the email address you're using for the reset is the same email that your account was originally created under or most recently registered to.
