How do I renew my insurance policy?

This article is for pet insurance enquiries (UK) only. 

Automatic Renewal 
Unless you have opted out, all policies will automatically renew. This is to ensure continued coverage for your pet.

21 days before your policy renewal date, you will be sent a renewal invitation via email. This email will let you know the price of your premium for your next policy year.

We recommend you read your renewal invitation to ensure your policy details are still correct. 

If you need to change any of your or your pet details, you can also do this in the online portal. See the article: How do I change my policy details at renewal?

However, if you do decide you do not want to renew your policy with us, you need to cancel your renewal in the online portal.

Automatic Renewal Disabled
If you have opted to disable automatic renewal, once you receive your renewal invite, you will need to renew your policy in the portal, otherwise it will lapse. 

Follow these simple steps:

  • Once you have received your renewal invitation, log in to your online portal and select your policy.
  • Next, select Manage Renewal
  • You will arrive at a page with your new renewal premium price. 
  • Next select Buy Now, and you will be taken through policy declaration questions. 
  • Then you can change your payment method, from monthly instalments to paying annual, and you can also choose which payment card you would like to pay with.
