If you’re covered by Tractive Care, we’ll replace your device in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged during the subscription plan period.
Tractive Care can be added during the activation process, or later to your existing subscription plan by following the step-by-step instructions here.
You can claim your replacement device anytime via this link and you’ll only need to pay a small shipping fee when submitting your claim.
Your subscription plan will be transferred to the new tracker automatically during shipping, but if you’d prefer to keep using your current device until the new one arrives, you can tell us when completing the Care form. You can then transfer your subscription plan yourself later on.
Our yearly and monthly plans come with one claim per subscription period, and with our two-year and five-year plans, you’ll have two Tractive Care claims.
