One-Year Warranty Policy
Tractive offers a one-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.
All defects which arise from faults in material or functionality are fixed free of charge.
This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries or cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or any similar cause.
Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
Replacement of Accessories
Clips, charging cables, and other accessories are not covered in the one-year warranty and can be purchased in the Tractive online shop.
