I think my device may be defective - how can I claim the warranty?

The two-year guarantee period stipulated by EU law applies to all our trackers. In addition, your device is also covered by our Tractive warranty for one year from the date of purchase. If your device is no longer working and is not covered by the warranty or legal guarantee, simply contact us to inquire about a discounted replacement unit.

All defects which arise from faults in material or functionality are fixed free of charge. The warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries, or cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or any similar cause. 

Please note: any attempt to open or take apart the device will void the warranty.

Clips and other accessories are not covered under the warranty and can be purchased in the Tractive online shop

If your GPS tracker may be defective and you'd like to claim a warranty replacement, please contact Tractive Customer Service using the contact button below.

Our Customer Service team will first assist you to get the tracker working if possible, and if not, will assist you to replace the device.

In the event that the tracker must be replaced, you can easily transfer your existing subscription plan to the new device.
