Yes, your pet will still be covered - temporarily.
Your policy won’t be immediately cancelled if you miss a payment but you must resolve this as soon as you’re able. We will automatically try to take the payment again within a few days and will contact you if we’re not successful with details of how to get in touch with us.
If you are unable to make your payments for whatever reason, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss options with us.
If we’re ultimately unable to collect the payment, we will contact you to inform you that we’re cancelling your policy. You will be insured up to the date covered by your last successful payment, but any claims after this date may not be paid (in part or in full).
If we have never successfully received a payment from you, we have the right to cancel your policy back to your inception date - this means, your pet would never have been on cover.
