In short, it’s our insurer (Covéa Insurance plc) that’ll pay your claim. Firstly they will assess your claim and then they’ll decide on whether it is valid or not. Once they’ve completed their assessment - which generally takes 1-3 working days - they will either:
- Contact you or your vet for further information.
- Pay your claim to you or your vet.
- Contact you to inform you it’s been unfortunately rejected.
