In order to ensure that service to your Tractive GPS tracker will remain uninterrupted - so that you can always track your pet when necessary - all Tractive GPS subscription plans are automatically renewed at the end of the prepaid subscription period.
If you no longer wish to use the tracker, we recommend canceling your subscription plan before the end of the prepaid subscription period. This way, no further payments will be taken and the tracker will no longer be active once the plan reaches its expiration date. You can cancel your subscription at any time and can continue using your tracker and the app without any limits until the end of the prepaid subscription period.
You also have other options for managing your subscription plan, such as:
- Giving your Tractive GPS tracker and remaining subscription plan to a friend. This helps to keep more pets in your community safe and sound!
- Claiming your Tractive Care replacement device now, if your tracker has been lost, damaged, or stolen.
- Transferring your existing subscription plan to a new tracker.
- Changing your Tractive GPS subscription plan billing/payment plan (all available payment options are listed at Tractive.com/plans).
