Yes, You can easily edit your personal information and profile details in the Tractive GPS mobile or web app using the instructions below:
Tractive GPS mobile app
- Sign in to the Tractive GPS mobile app.
- Tap Account > Account Info
- You can now edit the following details: name, email, password, date of birth, and gender.
- Tap the camera icon to upload a new profile photo.
Tractive GPS web app
- Visit my.tractive.com and sign into your account.
- Add or update your profile picture by clicking the photo icon underneath your name in the upper left-hand corner.
- Click Manage your Account > My Profile to update your personal information and invoice address.
- Click Manage your Account > My Profile > Login Details to update your email address and password.
- Click Manage your Account > Billing & Payment to update your invoice address.
- Click Manage your Account > Billing & Payment > My payment methods to modify your payment details.

Address note: The address as displayed in the Tractive GPS app under Profile > Tracker > Location and on the Map page is an automatically generated address based on Google Maps (Android devices) or Apple maps (iOS devices). For this reason, it is not possible to update the address that is shown in the mobile app.
