View/manage your active Tractive Service Plans

Did you know that in the webapp at my.tractive.com, you can view and manage your active Tractive Service Plans?

  • Log in to the webapp 
  • Click 'Account Settings'
  • Click 'Your Service Plans'
  • There you will see an overview of all of your active services associated with each tracker:

Here you can view the type of service, the date that the service is set to expire or renew, add payment information or transfer the service to a new device (if necessary - must be enabled by Tractive Customer Service).
