In the webapp at my.tractive.com, you can view and manage your active Tractive service plans:
- Log in to the webapp
- Click Account Settings
- Click Your Service Plans
- There you will see an overview of all of your active services associated with each tracker:
Here you can view the type of service, the date that the service is set to expire or renew, add payment information, extend or upgrade your service or transfer the service to a new device.
