What can I do if I still have not received my web shop order?

Shipments from the Tractive web shop are generally delivered within 5 days with premium shipping, and within 14 days with standard shipping. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the country of delivery.

In case this time frame has passed, and you still have not received your order, we recommend to do the following:

  1. Check your email for tracking information: if you selected premium shipping at checkout, you should have also received an email with your order's tracking information. Follow the link in the email you received to view the expected delivery date and current delivery status. (Note: In case the courier could not deliver the package for any reason, you may need to arrange for a new delivery by contacting the courier directly.)
  2. Contact Tractive: Please submit a request in case you have not received your package within two weeks from the date of purchase. Be sure to include the order ID number in your request. We will do our best to assure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
