What can I do if I still have not received my web shop order?

All orders placed at Tractive.com can be expected to be delivered to your shipping address within a maximum of 5 business days (premium shipping) or 10 business days (standard shipping). Exact delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the country of delivery. 

In case the 5- or 10- business day time frame has passed, and you still have not received your order, we recommend to do the following:

  1. Check your email for tracking information: if you selected premium shipping at checkout, you should have also received an email with your order's tracking information. Follow the link in the email you received to view the expected delivery date and current delivery status. (Note: In case the courier could not deliver the package for any reason, you may need to arrange for a new delivery by contacting the courier directly.)
  2. Ensure your shipping information is correct: review the shipping details in the order confirmation email to ensure everything is correct. Delivery may not be possible if there is an error in your address, so please contact Tractive to request an update to the delivery address.
  3. Contact Tractive: Please submit a request in case you have not received your package within two weeks from the date of purchase. Be sure to include the order ID number in your request. We will do our best to assure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
