What can I do if I still have not received my web shop order?

Check your Email for Tracking Information

To keep you updated, we send out a shipping confirmation once a package has left our warehouse. In most cases you can find the tracking number within the shipping confirmation email.


Contact UPS / Courier Service

Once you have found your tracking information, follow the link to check on the status of your shipment. In case the courier could not deliver the package for any reason, you may need to arrange for a new delivery or contact the courier directly to provide updated information.
