To keep you updated, we send out shipping confirmations once a package has left our warehouse in Austria.
In most cases you can find a tracking number within the shipping confirmation email.
- Check the tracking link you received via email to check for further information
There can be further information in case the courier couldn't deliver the package. You can also arrange a new delivery or contact the courier directly through the tracking link.
- Standard shipping can take up to eight (8) business days.
Please submit a ticket in case you have not received your package within the eight (8) business days.
