What can I do if I still have not received my order from Tractive?

You can expect to receive any orders you place at Tractive.com within a maximum of 6 business days. Exact delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the country of delivery. 

If you do not receive your order within 6 business days, please do the following:

  1. Check your email for tracking information: you will receive an email with a tracking link for your order as soon as your package is shipped to you. Follow the link in the email you received to view the expected delivery date and current delivery status. (Note: In case the courier could not deliver the package for any reason, you may need to arrange for a new delivery by contacting the courier directly.)
  2. Ensure your shipping information is correct: review the shipping details in the order confirmation email to ensure everything is correct. Delivery may not be possible if there is an error in your address, so please contact Tractive to request an update to the delivery address.
  3. Submit a request if you have not received your package within two weeks from the date of purchase. Be sure to include the order number in your request. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
